I've had my nap, and now I'm ready to be feisty and active again. Let's go!

Busy Friday
Today was a busy day. First of all, it's the day that Truman turned six months old, corrected age! Our first appointment of the day was occupational therapy. Our therapist gave us many pointers, and we're still working on helping Truman learn to sit up since his extension muscles (back, straightening legs, throwing head back) are much stronger than his flexion muscles (tummy muscles and those for pulling into the fetal position). Then, we were off to Georgetown for a meeting with the team from the Developmental Clinic. We saw an occupational therapist, psychologist, and developmental specialist and all agreed that Truman is right on target for his corrected age of six months. We'll go back and see them again in a year. When we got home it was, as you can imagine, nap time.
