Truman Sandwich

Today was our last day in St. Charles. We took a mother/son photo and also made a Truman sandwich.

Ten Months Old!

Today Truman celebrated his ten monthiversary by going to New Town St. Charles (Deja Vu? No... we actually went again.) and hanging out with Brandt.

Good morning! I'm ten months old! Double digits!

New Town St. Charles

Today we all went to see a place outside of Saint Louis called New Town St. Charles. It's away from, well, anything else, and it's a beautiful city built right in the middle of farmland. Sometimes it has a Truman Show (no, not the blog, the movie) or Stepford or movie set type feel, but once you're inside, it is a very nice place to be!

We Made it to Missouri!

First stop: St. Charles. We spent a few days with our friends the Gideons. Their son, Brandt, is a few months older than Truman and is actually the first child Truman has spent any time with at all. Talk about being in need of a play date!

Good morning. My parents tell me I'm in Indiana. All I know is this bed is a fun place to play!

I have heat bumps and pears all over my face. What a trip.

Road Trip Begins!

Today we left on our roadtrip to Missouri (AKA Truman's first vacation). We chose to start driving overnight in hopes that Truman could sleep all night and we could get some distance driving done. We'll keep you posted on the progress!

An Outing

Today we went to the Apnea Clinic. Truman is doing well. He weighs 13 pounds 12.5 ounces. Also today we were given the okay to stop on of his medications that he has taken since he came home. Yay! AND, we fed Truman pears for the first time today. Yum.

Fun with Kitchen Items

We were told to get some 1" blocks for Truman to play with in order to build his skills. So far, he seems to really like them!

DC Day

Truman and company ventured into the city today for some fun and then back out to Virginia for some sightseeing. We're trying to get the hang of this taking a baby out in public thing, so Truman took it easy on us.

Driving in downtown DC is not so hard.
