Meet me in St. Louis!

Today, the entire Kim household (that's right, Heidi, too) headed out by car to start their new life in Missouri. That makes today a very big day.

Toys are limited around here, but I can have fun with just about anything!

Wide Open Spaces

Truman is now able to explore the entire apartment as he pleases... there's nothing in it! He seems to enjoy the newfound freedom. The camera doesn't do it justice, of course, but believe me... was moving fast. Here's his journey across his bedroom:

Moving Day!

Truman turned 11 months old yesterday and we spent the day finishing up our packing. Today, the movers came! After they took away our belongings, Truman decided to show us a new trick. He pulled to standing on our air bed mattress!

I got to spend my monthiversary night in my own bed... but rumor has it I won't be seeing this bed for awhile!

Momma and I are working very hard today. We're a good team!

Adventures in Drinking

Truman continued to experiment with his sippy cup today, and, of course, got some quality cuddle time in.

Ha! I learned how to get out of this bumbo, and I'm only sitting here because I want to!

Farewell Party #2

David's law school friends got together for a farewell. How sad to be moving away from all these wonderful people... but how wonderful to have such amazing friends!

A Visitor and Big Food Goals

A welcome visitor arrived today... and Truman is really enjoying the company. Also, starting today our goal is for Truman to eat four 6 oz. bottles a day as well as three meals of solid foods. Good luck, Truman... this will be a big change for you!

Momma, can I wear this all the time? Oh, just in February? Okay.

Weighing In

Today was Truman's last visit to the Apnea Clinic. They have been such a huge support and help to us. We will really miss them. Truman's new weight: 14 pounds 13 ounces!

Long day... so... tired. At least I got to wear my summer clothes!

Gate Discovery

Truman had occupational therapy today. He's pretty much confined to his room now because of all the packing, but he seems to enjoy himself there... for the most part. He seems to have discovered that the gate at his bedroom door may lead to other places.

Hahaha... have I got plans for this giraffe!

Busy Guy

Well, it's official. We're moving back to Missouri! Truman has been one busy guy. Two days ago he went to the doctor and weighed 14 pounds 4.6 ounces. He also pulled himself up to standing in his rainforest that day! Today we started brushing his teeth. We also had company, Uncle Sam and his sponsor Sugar came over for a visit while we were packing and preparing for a moving sale. It's the start of a whirlwind adventure, I think.

Sleep it Off

I think I'll just sleep this nasty virus off. That seems like a comfortable idea to me!

Yuck to Viruses

Truman has had a fever and a rash since we got home from Missouri, so we took him to the doctor. He weighs 14 pounds 3 oz! It turns out he has a viral infection of sorts. Now, we just have to wait until it runs its course. As usual, though, nothing gets Truman too far down... his spirits are good! In fact, he started crawling (well, army crawl, perhaps, but still... he's really getting around)!
