Baby Sign Language
We started using baby sign language with Truman awhile back, and the signs for "up," "milk," and "eat" are what we're using first. For those unfamiliar with baby sign language, they say that if you start signing with a 6-7 month old baby, they may be able to start producing their first signs aroung 8-9 months of age. Below, you'll see Truman's ability to communicate by signs thus far.
Did you hear me? Did that work?
Sitting tall... and imagining what it would be like to be a sumo wrestler.
